Job Description
Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
Guide customer-troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
Trouble Shooting Technical queries related to hardware and networking(OSI, chip sets, motherboard, and many so)
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor Degree, PUC or Diploma(with 6 months of International call center experience)
Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and Internet.
Basic PC Hardware / A+ Certification / MCDST Certification 90 days will be added advantage
Mortgage Process-Voice Support- Call Centre
Job Description
Mortgage Process deals mainly with personal loans, validate the Loan documentation and review income, assets and collateral documentation
Collect borrower information, Price out and select best product for Clients" situation and recommend appropriate product or program.
Should call clients and customers to resolve issues
It is a complete voice process Mortgage process only
Desired Candidate Profile
Only Graduates with min of 1-3yrs of experience in a international call center(Mortgage profiles only)
Excellent communication skills
Should be comfortable with working under shifts
Spontaneous, high drive and result oriented
Knowledge of US mortgage loans from processing to funding will be an Added advantage.
